Cast iron pans are the original non-stick coating Teflon. A properly seasoned cast iron pan to keep food from sticking, it is ideal for browning and easy care. And good cast iron cookware is a long life. Cast iron pans are been passed down from generation to generation. Rita's favorite cast iron skillet was handed down from mother and at least 100 years.
